When will my order ship?
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 7–18 days for production and handling.

Can I return my order?
We have a strict no-return policy. Once your order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please confirm all details before completing your purchase.
I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
If you made a mistake in the shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@procleats.com within 24 hours.
